It is often recommended to give -month-baby-food.Baby solid food at around 6 months of age, but babies differ greatly. The only good way to know when to introduce baby food is to watch for signs of readiness in the child. Homemade food for baby

Mash and mix ? banana and ? avocados together and add some almond butter. Why not make more to nourish yourself. Makes a quick afternoon snack.
Apple & Pear Porridge
* 1/2 eating apple and 1/2 pear
* 3-4 pieces biodynamic sugar free wholemeal rusks
* 100ml water
Place the rusks into a dish, boil the water and pour over the organic rusks. Leave to soak and mash with a fork. Add the finely grated fruits and mix together.
