1 POTATO
1 TBL SPOON OF BREAST MILK OR FORMULA
METHOD
SCRUB AND PEEL THE VEGETABLES. CUBE BOTH INTO SMALL CUBES. COOK THE CARROT AND POTATO TOGETHER FOR APPROX 25-30 MINUTES OR UNTIL EXTREMELY SOFT. ALLOW TO COOL. MASH OR PUREE THE VEGETABLES TO REQUIRED CONSISTENCY, ADD THE BABY MILK TO THIN AS REQUIRED.
